Production Manager (Nuts, Spices, and Pulses)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager specializing in Nuts, Spices, and Pulses to oversee and manage production operations within our facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in production management in the relevant industry, with hands-on experience in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the entire production process to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of nuts, spices, and pulses.
• Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to optimize performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze production data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of production management experience in the nuts, spices, and pulses industry.
• Proven UAE experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant technical qualifications in food production or related fields are preferred.
