Production Manager - Pharmaceutical

Location: Sancura Pharma, Port Qasim

Candidates residing in or around Steel Town, Gulshan-e-Hadeed, and other nearby areas of Port Qasim will be strongly preferred.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to join our team at our facility in ensuring the production as per quality standards, including capsules, tablets, syrups, sachets, and oils.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Manage in-line production by developing and monitoring production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, and waste minimization.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards.
• Efficiently manage raw materials, and labor to maximize yield.
• Oversee the accurate and timely completion of all batch records and regulatory documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, quality control, process optimization, and team leadership within a pharmaceutical setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
