Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive with 3–4 years of experience to plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to ensure timely delivery, optimal resource utilization, and smooth production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders
• Monitor daily production activities and ensure adherence to production schedules
• Coordinate with production, procurement, stores, and quality departments
• Ensure availability of raw materials, accessories, and components as per production plan
• Track work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory
• Identify production delays and take corrective actions in coordination with concerned teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
• Maintain production records, MIS, and performance data
• Support capacity planning and manpower planning activities
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Management, or a related field
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in production planning and control
• Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Excel
• Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate production reports
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
