Position Overview

oversees daily production, managing staff, schedules, and processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Key responsibilities include guiding and coaching employees, monitoring output against specifications, maintaining machinery, performing regular safety checks, and reporting on performance. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, often involving process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Key Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Coordination:

Lead production planning for booth fabrication and installation, coordinate with design and technical teams, and assign tasks to staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Production Oversight:

Monitor daily production activities, ensuring all output meets quality standards and project specifications.

Safety & Quality:

Enforce strict safety guidelines, ensure safe use of equipment, and conduct regular machinery inspections to maintain a safe work environment.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and troubleshoot production issues to prevent delays and maintain productivity.

Reporting & Improvement:

Prepare and submit detailed reports on production performance, progress, and efficiency, suggesting improvements to optimize processes.

The Person

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in Events industry.

Good in English (written and spoken).
