Production Supervisors

Job Overview

We are looking for responsible and proactive Production Supervisors to oversee daily operations in the production departments (Cutting, Packing, Rewinding, and Slitting). The ideal candidate should possess strong supervisory skills, effective reporting abilities, and the capability to manage workforce efficiently. Production experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities across assigned department (Cutting, Packing, Rewinding, or Slitting).
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline on the production floor.
• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
• Maintain daily production reports and submit timely updates to management.
• Coordinate with Store, Maintenance, and Quality departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate major concerns to the Production Manager.
• Monitor attendance, shift management, and workforce allocation.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Production experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good reporting and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting formats, etc.).
