ZMK & Co. is seeking applications from qualified and motivated professionals for Program Coordinator (Data Systems & Strengthening)under a donor-funded education sector reform program in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These positions are purely on a contract basis with fixed salary packages. Only candidates who have domicile certificates from the project districts are eligible to apply. Purpose of the Position:

The Program Coordinator (Data Systems & Strengthening) will support strengthening data systems, evidence generation, and data-driven decision-making within the education sector. The role focuses on enhancing data systems under the donor-supported Multi-Year Work Plan (MYWP) 2025–2027 and related programs, ensuring sustainability, scalability, and informed planning and monitoring.

Brief Job Description:

  • Support implementation of data and evidence components under the donor-supported Multi-Year Work Plan (2025–2027).

  • Coordinate with sector partners to strengthen and integrate education data systems.

  • Conduct mapping of existing systems, identify gaps, and propose improvements with clear roadmaps.

  • Support development of mechanisms to track out-of-school children and strengthen student learning and assessment modules.

  • Generate analytical and periodic reports to inform sector strategies and decision-making.

  • Provide technical guidance, recruit consultants/firms as needed, and ensure quality assurance of system development.

  • Organize and participate in technical working groups, review meetings, and sector coordination forums.

  • Contribute to sustainability, scalability, and alignment of data systems with the broader education sector vision.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

A minimum of a Master’s degree or equivalent in Data Sciences, Computer Science, Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Science, or other development-related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in large-scale project management, planning, and implementation with a focus on strengthening data systems; familiarity with donor-funded development projects is an asset.
  • Experience in coordinating and ensuring consistency in the implementation of the different projects
  • Strong analytical skills, oral and written communication, and team building skills;
  • Proficiency in developing strategic plans, roadmaps, and system specifications.
