ZMK & Co. is seeking applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the Position of Program Coordinator (Non-Formal Education) under a donor-funded education sector reform program in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These positions are purely on a contract basis with fixed salary packages. Only candidates who have domicile certificates from the project districts are eligible to apply. Purpose of the Position:

The Program Coordinator (Non-Formal Education) will provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership to the NFE program in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The role will ensure effective planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of donor-supported NFE and Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) initiatives, while advancing policy reforms and promoting the sustainable mainstreaming of learners into formal education.

Brief Job Description:

  • Lead planning, coordination, and implementation of donor-supported Non-Formal Education (NFE) and Accelerated Learning Program (ALP) initiatives.
  • Support strategic coordination with partners and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and mainstreaming of ALP/NFE learners into the formal education system.
  • Conduct research, assessments, and data analysis to identify service delivery gaps, improve program design, and track learning outcomes.
  • Oversee functional data systems for registering, managing, and analyzing NFE-related data.
  • Coordinate training and capacity-building programs for ALP/NFE facilitators and ensure quality instructional materials are developed and utilized.
  • Advocate for provision of free learning materials and resources to ALP/NFE learners.
  • Monitor program implementation, document progress, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports (monthly and annual) on program performance.
  • Provide support for donor visits, field monitoring missions, and program reviews.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

An advanced university degree (Master's or higher) in Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, or any other related field.

Experience:

  • At least 05 years’ experience of project management & implementation in the field of Education.
  • Having sound knowledge of financial management, control and compliance.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the Education Sector and leadership.
  • Good writing skills to generate quality monthly, quarterly, and project closing reports
