ZMK & Co. is seeking applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the Position of Program Coordinator (Training) under a donor-funded education sector reform program in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These positions are purely on a contract basis with fixed salary packages. Only candidates who have domicile certificates from the project districts are eligible to apply. Females are encouraged to apply.

Purpose of the Position:

The Training Coordinator will lead the planning, coordination, and quality assurance of teacher training programs in Early Learning, Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN), Accelerated Learning (ALP), and related areas. The role ensures trainings are well-designed, effectively delivered, aligned with program objectives, and supported by strong monitoring, evaluation, and reporting to the donor.

Brief Job Description:

  • Develop quarterly and detailed training workplans across Early Learning, Foundational Literacy & Numeracy (FLN), Accelerated Learning (ALP), data management, and thematic areas such as MHPSS, MHM, and inclusive education.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of training, including logistics, materials, trainer support, and participant engagement.
  • Provide continuous guidance to Master Trainers and ensure quality through structured feedback and post-training evaluations.
  • Monitor training effectiveness, collect and manage data, and maintain a database of participants and outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the donor and ensure proper documentation.
  • Perform other program-related tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or other Development-related fields.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of extensive experience in project management, planning, capacity building, and training delivery in education.
  • Experience in managing donor-funded projects is an advantage
  • Experience working with government departments and education sector stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing capacity-building programs, including monitoring and evaluation
