Position Title: PMO / Program Manager – Healthcare Technology

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi (Night Shift – US CST 6 PM to 3 AM PKT)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PMO / Program Manager with a strong background in project governance, portfolio management, and healthcare systems. The role involves managing cross-border teams, vendor oversight, and ensuring successful delivery of technology programs aligned with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, enforcing PMO standards and reporting frameworks.
• Establish governance structures, portfolio management, and ensure consistency in project execution.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based executives to align priorities and resources.
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee delivery, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards.
• Document business requirements, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and support change management initiatives.
• Oversee technology integrations within healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project/program management experience (minimum 3 years in PMO leadership).
• Proven ability to build and lead PMO structures in complex organizations.
• Experience working with U.S.-based teams and executive stakeholders.
• Background in healthcare systems (basic to intermediate level acceptable).
• Strong technology program management experience with vendor oversight.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP / PgMP certification strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
