Project Coordinator

Karnol, Pakistan

The Project Coordinator will support the project management and construction teams in planning, monitoring, and coordinating activities related to the J7 Emporium project. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination of project activities.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and progress updates for management.
  • Monitor project schedules and track progress against timelines.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support in preparing project documentation including meeting minutes, progress trackers, and compliance records
  • Assist in cost monitoring, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Identify risks or bottlenecks and escalate them to the management for resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction or business development will be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management software will be a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
