Project Coordinator

YKM International LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Fence Installation) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects within deadlines and budget, while ensuring clear communication across departments and with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of project planning and execution under the direction of the Project Manager.
  • Track project progress and ensure milestones are met on time.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and assist in risk management and problem-solving.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders .
  • Monitor budgets, manage invoices, and ensure project expenses remain within approved limits.
  • Assist in document control — contracts, proposals, purchase orders, reports, and approvals.
  • Schedule and attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and other third parties to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Participate in site visits or inspections as needed to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Education:
  • Prefer From Mechanical Engineer background or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Sub Contractor company, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera is a plus).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
