Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. You will be responsible to coordinate for ongoing and upcoming software development projects, monitor project plans, schedule work hours, organise and participate in stakeholder meetings, and ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate day-to-day operational aspects of multiple assigned projects including business, operational and internal projects.
• Track project accomplishments.
• With process engineering team, create and maintain comprehensive project engineering documentation.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, sprints, project schedules and work hours on softwares used.
• Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE. Master's in project management will be a huge plus.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong work ethic, reliable and responsible. Can take up tasks with minimum supervision.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in program management and team leadership.
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in software development or IT industry is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
