Position: Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management department. The selected candidate will assist in managing ongoing projects, maintaining workflow efficiency, and ensuring client expectations are met. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, structured, and passionate about process optimization and team collaboration.

Key Duties

  • Serve as a key communication point between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support project managers in scheduling, task tracking, and day-to-day coordination.
  • Assist in developing project timelines, scope outlines, and resource planning.
  • Monitor progress, identify possible delays, and suggest preventive actions.
  • Maintain updated and well-organized project files and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers to streamline workflows and meet deadlines.
  • Prepare progress reports, status summaries, and dashboards for management.
  • Communicate consistently with clients to clarify requirements and deliverables.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in project coordination or project management within an IT or software company.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with web or mobile development projects.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Hands-on experience with project tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-focused, able to multitask, and capable of solving problems independently.
