Project Coordinator – Architecture & Interior Design

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, organization, and scheduling of architectural and interior projects.
  • Support the Project Manager and Design Team in developing project timelines, work breakdowns, and milestones.
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication among internal teams, clients, consultants, and site personnel.
  • Track deliverables, approvals, and design changes to ensure all parties are informed and aligned.
  • Track project timelines, monitor progress, and report any delays or risks to the management team.
  • Schedule and document site meetings; ensure that design intent is implemented during execution.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, design guidelines, and quality requirements
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or relevent.

Experience: 2 years

Salary : 60k-70k

Location: Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
