Project Coordinator

Job description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Flooring Installation Coordinator to manage and schedule installation teams, coordinate site operations, handle logistics, and oversee labor camp and vehicle management. The ideal candidate must have strong coordination skills, site knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and deploy installation teams to project sites as per project timelines.
• Coordinate daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
• Plan site routes and allocate drivers and vehicles efficiently.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients regarding installation schedules.
• Ensure required materials, tools, and equipment are delivered to site on time.
• Follow up with warehouse and procurement for material readiness and urgent requirements.
• Manage drivers’ schedules and monitor vehicle usage.
• Track vehicle documents including Mulkiya, insurance, and renewals, and handle accident or breakdown updates.
• Supervise labor camp arrangements including room allocation and monthly room inspections.
• Maintain attendance records and plan/control overtime as per project needs.
• Ensure proper manpower utilization and workforce discipline.
• Prepare daily and weekly installation schedules and operational reports for management.
• Maintain records of manpower deployment, vehicle assignments, and overtime details.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in flooring or interior fit-out industry.
• Strong experience in site coordination and manpower management.
• Knowledge of UAE labor and vehicle regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
