Responsibilities and tasks:

Review of interface milestones between different construction packages,

Review engineering and procurement plans of different contractors to monitor the achievement of interface milestones,
-
Monitor the progress of engineering and procurement processes of different contractors,
-
Following up the supervision consultant approval of engineering and procurement plans,
-
Report to line manager with engineering and procurement processes deviations than the approved plans,
-
Follow up and coordinate with project stakeholders any engineering conflicts and contract documents contradictions,
-
Monitor the interfaced construction activities with different contractors,
-
Report to the line manager with non-conformance construction activities,
-
Follow up and monitor the performance of site test or off-site testing and report to line manager with deviations,
-
Attend construction coordination meetings with different contractors and keep record for all meetings,
-
Support and coordinate with cost and Contracts management staff for all related interfaced activities,
-
Coordinate and support final testing and commissioning of executed works,
-
Coordinate the handing over process and review of handing over submissions requirements,
-
Coordinate rectification of snags and report back with snagging status,
-
Coordinate the defects execution, coordinate with stakeholders defects remedial and report with remedial status.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree of Engineering.
-
10-15 years of experience.
