Project Engineer

FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Reports to the PM with respect to the work progress and relevant information to ensure that work is carried out according to client requirements.

2. Supervision and follow-up of day to day site work and control the activities of the Site Supervisors.

3. Responsible for providing the errorless site measurements to Site Manager.

4. Ensure that materials received at site conform to specified requirements.

5. Co-ordination with other sub-contracts where necessary.

6. Acting Project co-coordinator between site & factory (design, fabrication & dispatch).

7. Implement corrective and preventive actions as determined by CM & QA QC Dept.

8. Full support to in Implementation of Project Quality Plan at Site

9. Responsible of Inspection at Sites in accordance to set criteria.

11. Follow up for rectification actions and verification of same.

12. Verifying the Installation In-Process Check Sheet.

13. Raising Non-Conforming Product Report.

14. Controlling quality records.

15. Verification / Closing out non-conforming product report.

Authorized to do verification of Customer Complains & Product Non-Conformity Reports raised by Site Personnel.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

1. Holder of Diploma in Engineering.

2. Extensive knowledge in joinery & interior works

3. Computer Literate. Proficient with Windows Systems- MS Word, Excel, Outlook

4. Adherence to working instructions and procedures in accordance with the company’s Integrated Management System Policy.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for an office / factory / projects site environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
