Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Role:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction and mechanical projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Experience: NLT 6 years (Construction, Petrochemical , Manufacturing Plant & others)

Job Location: Jamshoro Site

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Project Management ( PMP).
• Experience with MS-Project/Primavera and other project software.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Design:

Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed project plans and designs.

Perform feasibility analyses on potential project sites.

2. Cost Estimation and Budgeting:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.

Ensure the project is financially feasible and within budget constraints.

3. Project Management:

Oversee and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion.

Develop project proposals and schedules.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

Develop format as per the PMP approach

Management review communication

4. Technical Oversight:

Design, develop, and test mechanical equipment and systems.

Perform detailed calculations to establish construction or installation standards and specifications.

5. Site Supervision/Resources:

Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.

Supervise onsite construction crews and subcontractors.

6. Stakeholder Communication/Change control:

Interact with clients, contractors, and team members to coordinate project details.

Prepare and present technical and project reports.

7. Compliance and Safety:

Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Implement operating procedures and resolve system malfunctions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in construction and mechanical works.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and construction management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software & tool

Offer Detail:

Project Duration: 9 months (Extension depend upon project forecast)

Compensation details: 175K-200K, including accommodation allowance + Meals

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs175,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
