Project Manager

RS Welfare Foundation, with the support of its donors, is initiating emergency flood relief operations to support affected communities in Tehsil Zafarwal UC Darman. The project aims to provide immediate relief assistance, including food, shelter, health support, and other essential services, to flood-affected populations. To ensure efficient coordination and implementation, a temporary Project Manager is required for a period of 3 months.

. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management of flood relief operations in the targeted areas.
• Prepare and implement detailed work plans, budgets, and timelines for the project.
• Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, and other humanitarian actors to ensure smooth relief distribution.
• Supervise project staff, field teams, and volunteers engaged in the operation.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with donor guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of activities, identify gaps, and recommend corrective measures.
• Maintain transparent records of relief materials, disbursements, and expenditures.
• Provide weekly and monthly progress reports to RS Welfare Foundation and donor organization.
• Ensure accountability and safeguarding measures are implemented throughout the operation.

. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Disaster Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in humanitarian relief or project management, preferably in emergency/disaster settings.
• Strong leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities (Urdu & English).
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in challenging field conditions.
• Experience in working with NGOs, INGOs, or donor-funded projects will be an advantage.
