Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee our night shift surveillance operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, running cross-functional operations, and ensuring the smooth monitoring of security systems, including CCTV. Strong English communication skills are mandatory, as the role requires coordination with global teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift operations within the Surveillance Department.
• Manage and monitor CCTV operations to ensure effective security and incident response.
• Lead and mentor the night shift team, driving performance and accountability.
• Coordinate cross-functional operations (security, IT, administration, and client services) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Act as the primary escalation point for surveillance and operational issues during the night.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and communication of incidents and project updates.
• Foster a culture of vigilance, compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Security, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience with proven ability to handle teams and cross-functional operations.
• Prior experience in surveillance/security operations (CCTV monitoring, access control, incident management) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure, especially during off-business hours.
• Proficiency in project and surveillance management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or CCTV monitoring software).
