Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, infrastructure, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to IT best practices, quality standards, and organizational policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party integrations or services.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing software development, IT infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
