Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple ongoing projects across education, healthcare, and infrastructure. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Use project management software/tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project, ClickUp) to track progress.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management, donors, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, partners, and field staff.
  • Identify risks, challenges, and propose solutions proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
  • Support capacity-building and process improvements within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management (preferably in the development or non-profit sector).
  • Strong command of project management software/tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Urdu).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.

Employment Type: Full-time

  • Compensation: Competitive salary (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Project Manager in NGO: 3 years (Preferred)
