We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, error-free, and with 100% client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and the ability to mentor clients, upsell genuine needs, and drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a bridge between clients and developers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Collect client requirements via chat or video calls, and organize them into actionable briefs.
- Give time Estimations to clients .
- Share tasks with developers, follow up on progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage multiple Shopify-based projects using Google Sheets and shared docs.
- Provide regular updates to clients, and relay their feedback efficiently.
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction with strong, consistent project oversight.
- Mentor clients when needed, and upsell genuine needs that align with their goals.
- Work towards building long-term client relationships, ideally on retainer-based agreements.
- Proactively create and refine offers that add value and drive growth.
- Think about solutions and revenue generation rather than focusing only on problems.
Responsibilities
- Track project timelines, tasks, and completions accurately.
- Maintain smooth communication across clients, developers, and designers.
- Format client needs into clear, structured formats for execution.
- Pre-empt issues and problem-solve before they escalate.
- Keep projects organized and updated in internal tools.
- Ensure projects are delivered before deadlines with 0 mistakes/minimum revisions.
- Lead with clarity, collaboration, and decision-making.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of Shopify .
- Familiarity with Figma/design tools and CRO fundamentals.
- Awareness of ads and performance marketing principles.
- Fluent English with a clear, professional (preferably American) accent.
- Confident in conducting video calls with clients.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fast learner with strong formatting and documentation skills.
- Ability to undercommit but overdeliver consistently.
- Proactive in upselling new opportunities and helping clients grow.
- Comfortable working full-time on Pakistan Standard Time (PKT).
