We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager for the Oracle Department to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Oracle application projects (EBS/Fusion) and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful delivery. This role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving Oracle projects, optimizing workflows, and ensuring quality outcomes in a professional and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle application projects (EBS/Fusion), ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure project success.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Oracle consultants where required.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and compliance guidelines.
- Support change management activities, including user training, process documentation, and post-implementation reviews.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization within Oracle projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 6–8 years of professional experience in project management.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proven track record of managing at least 2–3 Oracle application projects (EBS/Fusion), with preference for Fusion experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Projects & MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
