Join the team to drive project success by starting the day with strategic planning and alignment, reviewing project progress, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Engage with stakeholders to resolve issues, collaborate with the procurement team to select partners, and manage risks and opportunities. Lead the team with integrity, foster a culture of trust, and implement contract and claim management strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Ensures strategic and organizational alignment, steering and controlling of all project execution activities, is responsible for profit & loss and timely completion of projects under execution, ensures compliance with Corporate, Finance, Legal, Quality, and EHS standards for all projects, and oversees the project from takeover by the Sales/Tendering team until completion and closing out.
• Plans human resources, and their recruiting, management, coaching, assessment, and development of employees to ensure a long-term target achievement with motivated staff.
• Actively communicates with all stakeholders, is responsible for resolving project-related issues, and proactively sets up a contract and claim management strategy in the projects with the involvement of assigned CPMs/contract managers.
• Represents the project on the relevant decision boards internally and externally.
• Agrees targets with project staff and delegates defined responsibilities and authority.
• Supports the team in identifying, evaluating, assessing, and escalating risks and opportunities, strategies, and response activities, assists the procurement team in selecting and involving partners and subcontractors, and leads project team members to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines, establishing a culture of trust and integrity.

What You Bring

• A degree in Electrical Engineering and related fields from reputable University.At least 10-15 years’ experience in Projects Execution of HV Substation including 05-10 years as Project Manager.
• PM certification would be a plus
• Excellent internal and external negotiation skills
• Excellent Influencing and communication skills
• Very Good level in English both spoken and written.
• Strong PC skills, experience with ERP and Design Programs.
