Position Overview

HiQain is seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager (Male/Female) to plan, execute, and deliver projects for international (US) clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee projects from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, content, SEO, design, marketing)
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and clients
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved
• Manage project documentation, schedules, and reports
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure quality standards and client requirements are met
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ensure smooth communication between teams and clients

Qualifications Required

• Undergraduate in Business, Management, IT, or a related field preferred
• Fresh graduates and interns are also welcome to apply
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with international clients (US preferred)
• Proficiency in project management tools is a plus (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Office, etc.)
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in English communication is a must
