Project manager - AI company

We're looking for a strategic and visionary Project Manager to join our leadership team. This role requiring a proven leader who can manage transformational cloud-based AI projects from concept to completion.

Requirements:

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience managing complex software, AI/ML, and cloud-based projects.
• Demonstrated experience in Portfolio or Program Management, with a solid understanding of resource allocation, strategic prioritization, and executive-level reporting.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and associated project risks.
• Solid familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
• Expert-level knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum, with a focus on scaling frameworks.
• Deep commitment to meeting aggressive deadlines, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring program success
• Exceptional executive communication, strategic thinking, and influential leadership skills.
• Experience using advanced project management and portfolio visualization tools.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for driving large-scale, high-quality transformations.
