Project Manager (Creative Team)

Ad Snipper is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee our creative team, including designers, video editors, and marketing associates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate between media buyers, designers, and editors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Create clear timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress daily.
• Conduct regular meetings to review updates, remove bottlenecks, and maintain productivity.
• Ensure final deliverables meet Ad Snipper’s creative and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with management and clients to provide progress reports.
• Handle urgent revisions and client feedback with a problem-solving attitude.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing creative or digital marketing projects.
• Strong understanding of digital workflows, especially in design and video production.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with project-management tools such as Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
