Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Project Manager – E-commerce to oversee e-commerce brand operations and manage client projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between clients, internal teams, and suppliers while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and project transparency.
• Plan, lead, and manage e-commerce projects from initiation to successful delivery.
• Supervise product research, sourcing, listing, and launch activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, operations, and logistics.
• Maintain and manage strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs, reporting progress to management and clients.
• Identify risks or issues early and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all processes comply with Amazon Seller Central guidelines and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in E-commerce project or account management.
• Excellent communication and client handling skills.
• Hands-on understanding of Amazon FBA and Seller Central workflows.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and timelines.
• Prior experience managing multiple e-commerce brands or projects is an advantage.
