Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the exhibitions and events field; applicants without this experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute exhibition projects and events, managing all aspects from concept

development to final delivery.

• Develop detailed project plans outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and key

milestones.

• Oversee the design, fabrication, and installation of exhibition platforms, ensuring

adherence to specifications and safety standards.

Stakeholder & Client Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring

clear communication and alignment on project goals.

• Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable project strategies.

• Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and productive

project environment.

Budget & Cost Management

• Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to client budget constraints.

Logistics & On-Site Management

• Coordinate logistics, including transportation, installation, and dismantling of exhibition

materials.

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure flawless execution.

• Address on-site challenges promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain smooth

operations.

Monitoring, Reporting & Evaluation

• Track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to stay within scope, timeline, and

budget.

• Use project management tools to document milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback to assess project success and

identify areas for improvement.

Industry Trends & Professional Development

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in exhibition

design and event management.

• Attend industry workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and

knowledge.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
