Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil, structural, and architectural works for building projects.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress.
- Oversee MEP coordination, structural works, and finishing for high-rise buildings.
- Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and material samples.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality performance, identifying risks and corrective measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.
- Lead project reporting through progress updates, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
- Represent the company in client and consultant meetings, ensuring professional communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 8–12 years of experience in the construction industry, including 5+ years in GCC high-rise or large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural systems, and finishing works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of QA/QC procedures, local authority regulations, and HSE standards.
- GCC experience and a valid driving license are highly preferred.
