Project Manager - High Rise projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil, structural, and architectural works for building projects.
• Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress.
• Oversee MEP coordination, structural works, and finishing for high-rise buildings.
• Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and material samples.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality performance, identifying risks and corrective measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Lead project reporting through progress updates, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.
• Represent the company in client and consultant meetings, ensuring professional communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of experience in the construction industry, including 5+ years in GCC high-rise or large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural systems, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of QA/QC procedures, local authority regulations, and HSE standards.
• GCC experience and a valid driving license are highly preferred.
