Project Manager (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our team, working night shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM). You’ll be responsible for overseeing IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, and coordinating effectively with both internal teams and clients. Excellent communication in verbal English and chat is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope and budget
• Coordinate tasks, resources and team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Clear communication with clients and stakeholders—both verbally and via chat
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates/reports
• Manage risk, resolve issues, and escalate when needed
• Use project management tools & techniques to track deliverables

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years working in an IT firm in a project management role
• Certification: PMP certification is preferred; or strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• English Skills: Very good verbal English; able to communicate clearly in chat and calls
• Night Shift Availability: Must be able to work nights (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• Upwork Knowledge: Some familiarity with Upwork is a plus though not mandatory
