As a Project Manager , you will oversee the full execution of solar power plant projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality are met while leading teams and coordinating with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Oversee subcontractors and procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Provide regular project reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Act as the main interface with end users, ensuring strong communication and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and foster a culture of safety on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 7–8 years of proven experience in solar power plant projects.
• Strong project management background with hands-on execution experience.
• Solid understanding of solar power systems, electrical works, and renewable energy projects.
• Demonstrated experience in subcontractor and procurement management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage risks proactively.
• Professional command of English (spoken and written).
