Salient Engineering Contracting LLC is a reputable construction firm based in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E, committed to delivering high-quality engineering and infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.

- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, variations, and interim payment applications.

- Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with contract terms.

- Assist in tendering, procurement, and cost analysis.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure commercial compliance.

- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, change orders, and correspondence.

- Support in preparing monthly valuations and final accounts.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- Proficient in MS Excel and quantity take-off software; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

- UAE experience preferred

- Visa and medical insurance will be provided by the company.

- Salary: To be discussed during the interview.

- Applicants must be currently residing in U.A.E. and willing to relocate within Abu Dhabi.
