Project Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects Sales Manager to join our Interior Design and Woodwork firm. This is a position offering the opportunity to drive sales and growth within the premium interior door and window projects sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets for interior door and window projects.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and managing client relationships.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, focusing on architects, contractors, developers, and high-end residential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations, leveraging your interior design and woodwork expertise.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.

Required QualificationsExperience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project sales, with a focus on the interior design or construction industry.

Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Project Sales, and Lead Generation.
  • Proven ability to prospect, cultivate, and convert leads into successful projects.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of interior design and woodwork, specifically as it relates to doors and windows.
  • Ability to conduct thorough competitive analysis and identify market opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in selling high-end or luxury interior products.
  • Existing network of contacts within the architecture, construction, or real estate industries.
