Job Title: Project Supervisor

Location: Karachi

Qualifications: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer)

Experience: 5 to 6 Years

General Purpose:

The onboarded resource will support the organization’s ongoing expansion by overseeing construction activities across multiple sites in different regions. The role involves monitoring contractor's on-site work, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project timelines, and providing daily progress updates to the Line Manager. This position is critical in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, within agreed schedules, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior fit-out works.

2. Ability to understand the detail drawings and ensure work execute on site accordingly.

3. Monitor project progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager.

4. Coordinate with Line manager, Architecture, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.

5. Inspect work quality and resolve technical or on-site issues promptly.

6. Maintain site documentation, including daily progress reports, material, and progress records.

7. Hand on experience of MEP should be preferable.

8. Ability to know how performed MEP testing and procedure on site during construction.

9. Support project handover and ensure completion of punch-list items
