Project Support Officer

PACs/FACs, SAN, GRN, Budget allocations, Delivery Challans, PAT reports, Reconciled BoQs, RAM, PIP, Risk Registers & Lesson Learnt Documents

1. Job Purpose of the Position:

• Assist in provisioning of project management support functions to field units and project stakeholders for successful execution & completion of Transport projects within available resources, budget & timeline.
• Monitoring & control of ongoing project activities against project management plan.
• Support in organizing kick-off meetings & weekly progress review meetings with all stakeholders & issuance of meeting minutes to expedite project delivery.
• Support to draft & align pre-requisite documents & reconciled BOQs for issuance of PACs/FACs against assigned contracts in accordance with contractual compliance.
• Preparation of project trackers, dashboards, management slide decks & consolidated project reports.
• Assist in planning, documentation, tracking, and reporting of project activities.
• Coordination with field teams, NOC, vendors, and relevant stakeholders

Education (academic qualification/certification etc.):

Bachelor’s in engineering: Electrical & Telecom

Relevant Experience(years): 03 years

Level of Business Understanding:

Proper understanding of Telecom business market, operations, development & planning
