Project Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, route, and topographic surveys for infrastructure and utility projects.

• Perform setting out and level checks for underground utilities such as water pipelines, electrical cable routes, substations, and related civil works.

• Use surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, Leica, and Trimble to collect accurate survey data.

• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and documentation for project records.

• Verify site measurements and ensure construction activities follow approved drawings and Kahramaa project specifications .

• Carry out as-built surveys and maintain updated records for project handover.

• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with project safety procedures, quality standards, and Kahramaa regulations .

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field .

• 3–8 years of experience as a Site / Land Surveyor in infrastructure or utility projects.

• Experience working on Kahramaa, Ashghal, or similar GCC infrastructure projects is preferred.

• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, Leica, Trimble, AutoCAD, and surveying software .

• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, utility layouts, and underground services .

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
