RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding its sales team and is looking for disciplined, performance-driven Property Consultants to join our Abu Dhabi office.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into successful property transactions
• Work within structured sales targets and reporting systems
• Manage client relationships with a focus on serious buyers
• Maintain consistent performance aligned with company expectations

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential real estate sales
• Strong closing ability and client management skills
• Understanding of structured sales environments and CRM reporting
• Disciplined, consistent, and results-oriented mindset

• Demonstrates consistent deal closures and measurable performance
• Highly accountable and performance-driven
• Comfortable working within a structured sales system
