About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is a multilingual professional with deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, a strong sales record, and the ability to connect with clients through powerful communication and storytelling. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, closing deals, and representing our company’s values with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Assist clients in finding residential, commercial, and investment properties that meet their needs and budgets.
  • Market Expertise: Advise clients on market trends, property values, legal requirements, and investment opportunities within Abu Dhabi.
  • Property Presentations: Conduct property viewings and professional presentations for potential buyers, investors, and tenants.
  • Listings Management: Manage and maintain up-to-date property listings in the company’s CRM and online portals.
  • Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate offers, draft contracts, and finalize sales or rental agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and other stakeholders.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market movements, government regulations, and community developments affecting real estate transactions.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
  • After-Sales Service: Provide clients with excellent post-sale support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
  • Technology Utilization: Use modern AI tools, CRM systems, and data-driven insights to boost sales performance and client engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven real estate experience in Abu Dhabi (residential, commercial, or off-plan).
  • Strong sales record and network in the local market.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages such as Hindi, French, or Russian are a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to build trust and influence clients.
  • Experience with modern AI tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems for lead generation and client management.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under a commission-based structure.
