We are a boutique real estate advisory seeking a confident and articulate Property Consultant to focus on listing acquisition.

This role focuses on engaging with property owners through professional outreach and follow-ups, understanding their objectives, and introducing our advisory-led approach to representation. All communication is conducted in line with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with property owners through professional outreach and follow-ups
• Present our advisory and listing approach clearly and professionally
• Build long-term relationships based on trust and discretion
• Qualify opportunities and secure listing appointments
• Maintain accurate records and structured follow-ups
• Work closely with senior consultants to align on strategy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in real estate or client engagement preferred
