We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties while providing expert market advice and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on property leads through calls, networking, and referrals
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct property viewings and site visits
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Prepare and manage property listings across portals and company platforms
• Coordinate with developers, owners, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales or leasing targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
