Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in the secondary market
• Strong, proven sales background in secondary market transactions
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
