We're Hiring: Sales Property Consultants

(Access to 100+ international roadshows annually, with flights and accommodation fully paid)

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site, Business Bay)

Role Type: Commission-Only

Since our inception, we've proudly facilitated multiple Billion $USD in global property transactions and helped thousands of clients secure premium residential and investment properties across key international markets, with a strong focus on Dubai.

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are now looking to double the size of our off-plan sales team, further strengthening our market presence and enhancing the level of service we provide to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients with confidence, professionalism, and deep market insight.
• Build long-lasting client relationships based on trust and transparency.
• Present and promote luxury properties with strong product knowledge and attention to detail.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed on market trends to provide expert guidance.
• Deliver exceptional service that reflects One Investments' global standards.

What We're Looking For

• Strong sales ability and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Organised, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Real estate or sales experience is preferred but not essential - comprehensive training provided.
