Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation:
Identify, qualify, and convert leads to achieve individual and company sales targets.

Client Relations:
Build and maintain long-term relationships specifically with
Turkish-speaking investors
and end-users.

Property Presentations:
Conduct professional viewings and high-level presentations for clients.

Expert Advisory:
Provide strategic advice on buying, selling, and investment opportunities, including ROI analysis.

Market Insight:
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate trends, pricing, and new project launches.

Operational Excellence:
Collaborate with internal teams (Mortgage, Compliance, Conveyancing) to ensure smooth deal closures.
Qualifications

Language:
Native or professional fluency in
Turkish
; good command of English (written and spoken).

Experience:
Proven track record in sales (UAE real estate experience is a significant advantage).

Soft Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and client management abilities.

Knowledge:
Familiarity with UAE property laws and market procedures is preferred.
