About the Role

We are expanding our real estate team and are looking for motivated Property Consultants who are driven by performance and ready to build a strong career in Abu Dhabi’s dynamic property market.

This is a commission-only role, designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate deals and want to maximize their income without limitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Manage property listings and client portfolios
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate deals and close sales or leasing transactions
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Real estate experience in Abu Dhabi is a plus (not mandatory)
• Fluency in English required (Arabic is an advantage)
