Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Property Consultant with specialized expertise in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local property trends, regulations, and buyer behavior, and will be responsible for guiding clients through every stage of the property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct market analysis and provide insights on pricing, trends, and investment opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with local developers, investors, and property owners
• Promote listings through targeted marketing campaigns and property portals
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and accuracy
• Stay informed about regulatory changes, new developments, and competitive offerings
• Maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client communications

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate sales or leasing
• In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate laws
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
