About the Role

As a Property Consultant you will act as a trusted advisor to clients looking to buy, sell or rent properties. You’ll guide them through the real-estate process, provide market intelligence and build strong client relationships. You will work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets and represent our company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, budget and investment goals.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on local real-estate trends, values, legal/ regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, source and present suitable properties to clients (for buying, selling or leasing).
  • Facilitate property viewings/inspections and guide clients through decision-making.
  • Negotiate terms and contract conditions between buyers/sellers or landlords/tenants to achieve mutually favourable outcomes.
  • Prepare and manage all relevant documentation: listing agreements, purchase/lease contracts, closing paperwork, NOC/transfer processes.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, property databases and records of leads, viewings, offers and transactions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, brokers and other stakeholders. Generate new business via networking, events, cold-calling, referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws/regulations (e.g., Dubai Land Department (DLD), Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA)) and uphold high professional/ethical standards.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales or leasing targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience (1-3 years or more) in property sales, leasing or consulting in the UAE market preferred.
  • RERA certification and a valid UAE driver’s licence (and own car) is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client-service orientation, self-motivation, drive for results, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office and real-estate listing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, viewings and deals simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and detail.
