We are seeking driven and professional Property Consultants to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations.
• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers.
• Conduct market research and provide accurate insights on pricing, ROI, and community trends.
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and strong client service.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset.
• Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with clients.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
