Full Job Description

We are currently looking for motivated and enthusiastic Russian-speaking Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and freshers who are eager to build a successful career in real estate sales and leasing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and referrals
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
• Provide market insights and professional advice to clients
• Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Stay updated on the UAE real estate market trends

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales or leasing is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply
• Must be fluent in Russian and English
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi / UAE property market is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Immediate joiners preferred
